Due to Werner Haidenthaler’s retirement, Robert Ottel has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of voestalpine AG.
There will be no changes to the positions of the remaining members of the Managing Board at voestalpine AG, Mr. Wolfgang Eder (Chairman of the Board and responsible for Division Steel), Mr. Josef Mülner (Division Railway Systems) and Mr. Wolfgang Spreitzer (Division Profilform).
