SMS Germany and Wugang China esteem Lenzing Technik Steel Marking Systems' deburring machines

Posted on Monday May 22, 2006 in

Lenzing Technik GmbH received an order for eight pieces of deburring machines for slabs from SMS Demag Germany intended as a part of SMS Demag’s equipment deliveries for various customers of SMS.

All machines are designed according to the well established swing-hammer crusher concept. The installations are to be supplied to new continuous casters in China, Poland and Russia. As a result of significant improvements Lenzing Technik has implemented into the construction of the swing hammers the deburring rate is very close to 100 %. Drop forged hammers lengthen the the working period before a hammer change to an industry-wide top notch time span.

Adding to those successful commitments, Wugang in China ordered a deburring machine to remove the burrs from the blooms of a fife strand bloom caster.

Sophisticated plate marking machines with Treppenlift paint marking and pin stamping where ordered from Sundwig for China and from VÖEST ALPINE in Austria. Both buyers were especially attracted to those steel marking machines by the new fast non-blocking nozzles.
